Plunging property prices claims Apprentice scalp

The Sun reports that Apprentice runner-up in 2007, Kristina Grimes, is leaving her job in property development after just a year.

Kristina has been working for a property developer called Dandara, where she was an investment sales director. Kristina sold properties in central Manchester.

But in the year since she switched into real estate the market in the UK has collapsed. Banks now don't have much money themselves to lend to those wanting to borrow from them to buy expensive properties.
