Marli Buck, a 27-year-old eating disorders counsellor and nursing assistant from Lytham St Anne's, Lancashire.

Naomi Roper, a 19-year-old student from the Scottish Borders but  based in London.

Nigel Wilson, a 31-year-old father-of-four and vehicle sales manager from Scunthorpe.

Pippa Fulton, 20, a stage school student from Hull.

Sinead Quinn had to compete for her place in the Fame Academy by singing in the first Fame Academy TV show.
