Celebrity Big Brother will not be broadcast next year.... but fear not! The January blues can be cheered up with the new show on E4 hosted by Dermot O'Leary called Big Brother Celebrity Hijack.
A group of 18-24 exceptionally talented people will be put into a house and instead of Big Brother ruling the roost, it will be the celebrities!
Celebrity Big Brother is having a year off our TV screens after the show hit the headlines earlier in the year with the racism scandal between Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty, glamour model Danielle Lloyd, singer Jo O'Meara and serial reality TV star, Jade Goody.
BB Celebrity Hijack will see the celebrities getting involved in setting the housemates' tasks, talking to them in the diary room, making up their own rules and generally causing havoc. You can watch how the talented bunch of housemates handle the pressure on this new TV show set to start in January 2008.
This new show will be presented by Channel 4 golden boy Dermot O'Leary.
Celebrity Big Brother will be off our screens in 2008 but may return in 2009.
