I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!

Toby Anstis was a surprise first evictee from the jungle last night on ITV1’s “I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.”

Bookmakers had wimpy Scott Henshall as the overwhelming favourite to go, but the final two were down to Dean Gaffney and Toby Anstis. However was it a surprise or was it a bit of a nightmare mess up on the voting systems?

Who would win immunity from the first eviction? Phina for the women or Scott for the men?

You're right. It was no contest.

Just as Phina was about to get into the pond she saw the first croc slither in on the other side.

Scott beat Jan by three stars to two in the bush tucker trial and he won a few emu sausages for the guys.

During the trial, both Scott and Jan ate some cheese fruit and a bowl of witchetty grub smoothie. But Scott took the lead by eating a silkworm.

Yesterday Scott lost the celebrity chest to the girls and he went back to camp with scratches and bites from Phina.

In today's show he lost again - this time to Jan. Scott only managed to collect two streamers in mid-air as he was parachuting down and lost to Jan who caught four of them. And the winner took all - so the women had a tasty seafood dinner and the men had to endure yet more rice.

As soon as the women were sent off to Snake Rock battle commenced.

Scott decided he could cheat in the men v women battle for the celebrity chest by sitting on it. A Phina dressed in a tiny bikini then launched into a fight with Scott biting and scratching him and claiming victory when she took it back to camp with Lauren.

Jason went along to the bush tucker clearing to hold the hand of the tearful Screaming Leeming who had ben selected for the next trial.

The tears evaporated as a more determined looking Jan Leeming was lowered into the container and she consecutively broke open the entrance to the side-chambers containing the keys along with an assortment of pythons, scorpions and king crickets.

The Great British Public voted for Phina to do the next bushtucker trial, named Operation! The trial is based on a popular children's board game and Phina had to choose a partner to do the trial with her. Phina chose Jason as 'there was nothing in camp he couldn't do!' and the ex-Neighbours star quickly gained the nicknames Mr Dependable and Mr Can-Do! The pair between them earned a respectable six meals out of a possible eleven for camp.

A sticky and messy Dean Gaffney stumbled into camp yesterday morning having previously gained 9 meals for camp in his live bush tucker trial. The EastEnders star had to experience cockroaches, crocodiles, vomit fruit, biting ants, crabs and was very successful in the Jungle Spa trial, only missing out on two stars in the entire trial.

“Its like no other spa” said Ant and Dec, and boy were they right!! Treatments such as “Horrifying Hairwash”, “Frightening Facial”, the “Scream Chamber” and the “Tub of Trouble”, awaited the unsuspecting Dean Gaffney.

Day 4 and the celebrities are tired, hungry and turning on each other. Spirits hit an all time low. But the show holds two surprises in store - a new celebrity will drop in to camp and that person will face a live bush tucker trial!
