Lieutenant Wales receives campaign medalPrince Harry and other soldiers who served in the British Army in Afghanistan have been awarded campaign medals. Prince Harry and other members of the Household Cavalry, who recently served in Afghanistan, received the medal at a ceremony in Windsor. Lieutenant Wales, as Prince Harry is now known, was presented the medal by his aunt the Princess Royal, a colonel of the Blues and Royals. Prince Charles, Prince William and Harry's girlfriend, Chelsy Davy were among the guests at the ceremony at Combermere Barracks. Afterwrads, the soldiers paraded through the town to the Windsor Garrison church. |
