We received unofficial news that Prince William was turning his back on a prolonged career in the army, preferring to take over from Prince Philip as the Ranger of Windsor Great Park. In other stories, Prince William was seen for the 1st time wearing glasses and we learnt that he is set to become a member of the Order of the Garter.
