Australian magazine Woman's Day is reporting that Kate Middleton and Prince William had a "pregnancy scare" some weeks ago according to an unnamed palace source.

Her absence at the princes going away party sparked talk of another break-up, but now that the princes have completed their 8 day journey the question is; will Kate be there to welcome William home?
