Bea plunges into glamorous Society

What do you wear to a Little Black Book party? Why a little black dress, of course! Princess Beatrice arrived to British fashion magazine Tatler's Little Black Book party in a low cut dress. A cut she's been favoring since her 18th birthday when any parental rules about fashion do's and don'ts can be waved away...at last!

The Little Black Book party is held in honor of the magazines annual list of Britain's 200 (the top 10 of which is always the most prestigious) "sexy, sassy and seriously social" society figures. A ticket to the event was rumored to cost as much as £1,000.

Since turning 18 Princess Beatrice has been attending a number of fashionable parties sometimes in the company of her mother Sarah, Duchess of York. A few days ago Princess Beatrice was pictured chatting with Arsenal football star Theo Walcott at Teen Vogue's preview party exhibition of "Exceptional Youth," at the London National Portrait Gallery. The exhibition features photo portraits in honor of young people "who are doing their country proud at both national and international level." The exhibition includes photos of model Lily Cole and actor Daniel Radcliffe.

Beatrice's emergence into glamorous society has triggered a greater interest into her personal life, specifically who she might be dating. She has been linked to a number of young men who she's been seen out and about with.

Most controversial of her boyfriends has been Paolo Liuzzo. The romance went on the rocks after it emerged that he was once charged with manslaughter (he faced jail time but a lesser charge of community service and probation was ordered) and had broken the terms of his parole to go skiing with Beatrice and her family. The two were said to have broken up although Beatrice was recently seen seeking out his attention and finally speaking with him in a restaurant.

Although she was said to have "a thing" for billionaire Richard Branson’s son Sam, it was Branson’s protégé Dave Clark, 24, who she arrived with to Tatler's Little Black Book party. Beatrice and "handsome, charming" Dave Clark met at a party hosted by the Branson's and were said to have been instantly attracted to each other. The two were seen snogging at London's Cuckoo Club, which they left together at 3am.

But Dave wasn't so lucky at Tatler's party. Although they arrived together Beatrice spent most of the evening "locked in deep conversation in the corner of the nightclub" with 19-year-old actor Archie Standing. But she did take a moment to tell a journalist that she was having, "a very nice evening."
