Mel B to be next X Factor judge?

Could former Spice Girl Mel B be in line to replace Sharon Osbourne as judge on the next series of X Factor?

Reports suggest that Simon Cowell is keen to get a new judge in to replace Sharon and Mel B apparently is in favourite to land the job ahead of Cheryl Cole and Charlotte Church.

Sharon Osbourne quit the show this week after 4 years.

Mel B presented This Is My Moment on ITV - and is one of the victim's of UK TV's preference of recycling the same old same old year after year. If Mel B does get the role she will give The X Factor some more of the sparkle that Dannii Minogue brought last year - and she could be another new judge who could select an act that would win.
