Holly Willoughby is the new presenter of ITV2's Xtra Factor

Holly Willoughby who hosts ITV1's reality show Dancing On Ice is to take over the presenting role on the next series of ITV2's The Xtra Factor from Fearne Cotton.

Fearne Cotton, who reportedly fell out with Simon Cowell, has moved to the US to forge a new career and bosses chose Holly to replace her.
