X Factor star Leona Lewis and her £1 million charge for a gig

2006 X Factor winner Leona Lewis reportedly charges around £1 million for her personal appearances which puts her in the same top bracket of pay for top stars such as the likes of Sir Paul McCartney.

Leona is one of the most sought after stars at this time and sponsors are prepared to pay top dollar for her to sing. She has no control over the size of the fee however, she is adamant that most of the profit she earns is ploughed back into her favourite charities such The Teenage Cancer Trust.

Since winning The X Factor, Leona has been a major success on both sides of the Atlantic with her album Spirit reaching no 1 in both countries and she has also sung at a 40th birthday party for an undisclosed fee.
